About us

Rongshi Basalt Co., Ltd.is located in Hebei Province, China. As the first tech-driven enterprise in North China, we have achieved large-scale production and application of ultrafine high-strength basalt fiber.


The company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance fibers and composite materials. Supported by our own high-quality basalt mine, Rongshi has established a complete industrial chain closed loop — from raw ore to high-performance fiber, and further to premium finished products.


We are committed to the high-value utilization of basalt ore. Our core products include ultrafine twisted yarn, high-strength untwisted yarn, thermal insulation materials, and various deep-processed basalt fiber products. These are widely used in automotive lightweighting, wind power and photovoltaics, aerospace, shipbuilding, high-end sports equipment, textiles, and other fields.

Its strength ranges from 3 to 5 times that of conventional steel, matching the level of high-performance S-glass fiber. Moreover, with a density of approximately 2.65 g/cm³ — roughly one quarter that of steel — basalt fiber provides an optimal balance between low weight and high strength.
